Abstract - A summary of the methodologies, technical details and ship-board results of a swath bathymetry and geophysical survey in the Eastern Sea of Marmara is presented. During 7 days of work with R/V Odin Finder high resolution morphobathymetric images, a dense grid of Subbottom and Side Scan Sonar profiles and cores were obtained.

Sommario - Vengono presentati le metodologie e l'insieme dei risultati ottenuti durante una campagna Multibeam, Subbottom e Side Scan Sonar nel Mare di Marmara Orientale. Durante 7 giorni di lavoro in zona sono state ottenute immagini batimetriche ad alta risolozione, un denso grigliato di linee SBP e SSS, e alcune carote.

Production Notes - The document was edited with standard text editors, typeset with Leslie Lamport's L^ATEX, translated to PostScript with dvips and printed camera ready with a A4 laser printer. The full production was done on a Linux box with GNU-General Public Licensesoftware. Converted to HTML by Nikos Drakos's L^ATEX2HTML and to PDF by Alladin Ghostscripts's ps2pdf. Most of the maps included were produced by Wessel and Smith's GMT package. Some of the maps were produced by querying TCX's MySQL DBMS. Some drawings were produced by xfig (www.xfig.org). The PostScript images were imported with the L^ATEXepsfig package. Non PostScript images were converted to PostScript by John Bradley's xv or other public-domain UNIX packages, among them convert.
